The Ants of the Perth Hills, Western Australia by Andrew Wallace

Andrew Wallace, a member of the Darling Range Branch of the WA Naturalists Club, is passionate about ants. He explains the five main families of ants found in the Perth Hills and Darling Range, including sugar ants, big-headed ants, green headed ants, meat ants, rainbow ants, plus some feral ants. He talks about their identifying features, their sting, their mating habits and far more. If you have ever wondered which ant is which, whether you live in Mundaring, Kalamunda, Roleystone or Midland, he will tell you. He also tells you great resources to learn more about ants. Our apologies for the changes in volume, we had a lot of technological problems and Andrew coped with them superbly.
